塔可馬華人證道堂正在尋找一位全職的中文牧師/傳道。主要與主任牧師和執事會合作，牧養華人會眾、提供屬靈輔導、裝備門徒、熱心於傳福音、發展並領導符合教會使命和願景的新事工。
資格:

接受並委身耶穌基督的主權

同意塔可馬華人證道堂的10條信仰聲明
-
神學碩士或同等學歷
-
能以中文講道, 查經, 帶領團契, 拓展福音事工
-
熟悉中華文化
期望技能/經驗:

具有牧會經驗或在教會的領導層服事過。

能夠服事並與不同背景的會眾交流，包括講英語的會眾。
-
能團隊合作，具有良好的溝通、人際交往和組織的能力。

Established in 1976, Evangelical Chinese Church of Tacoma is located within Puget Sound surrounded by majestic mountains and waters of northwestern Washington State. We believe the Bible is Word of God, is the only authority for faith and life. We worship on Sunday mornings mainly in Chinese with English podium translation for adult congregation. The Sunday Worship attendance is around 150 including 30 children and youth.
